Covenant has a sister label: RED C. RED C Napa Valley Red Wine is made predominantly from grapes grown at the Juliana Vineyard at the eastern end of the in Napa Valley appellation. It is a blend of Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The blend also includes some of the barrels from Covenant Cabernet Sauvignon that don’t make it into our premier bottling, but that still show excellent character and finesse. Oak treatment also varies from that of Covenant. RED C barrels are generally the once-used barrels culled from the previous vintage of Covenant.
