Kosher Wines
The absolute best Kosher wine to drink at Passover, and several more that ain't too shabby... The Top Drop:

“Covenant 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon; $80. This oak-aged, Napa Valley cab is produced by Solo RosaÕs Jeff Morgan and his partner, and it may well be the best Kosher wine you have ever experienced. Grapes are sourced from the Larkmead vineyard. Plush, soft and approachable, Covenant is packed with ripe black fruits and streaked with even darker flavors of black licorice and caraway cracker. A substantial wine, yet open and loose, it gathers itself into a satisfying, lingering finish. No acidification or watering back was done in the winemaking.
