“Jeff Morgan continues to make one of the finest kosher wines on Planet Earth. There are 500 cases of the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, the source of which is the superb Larkmead Vineyard on the valley floor in Napa. Aged in a combination of French cooperage, with 50% of it Taransaud, this is a top-flight Cabernet Sauvignon, exhibiting a deep ruby/purple color and a classic nose of smoke, espresso, black currant, cedar, and spice. Medium to full-bodied with silky, beautifully sweet tannins in the finish, it is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and should evolve for at least 10-15 years. Tel. (707) 963-3887; Fax (707) 963-8394”
