REVIEW BY ROBERT PARKER WA # , #180 (Dec 2008) Rating 87-89 Drink 2008- 2015 Suggested Retail Price: $42 Covenant’s softer sibling, the 2007 Red C, is round, seductive, lush, and meant to be consumed during its first 5-7 years of life.
REVIEW BY DANIEL ROGOVAuthor and Wine Critic IsraelRiper and more fruit-forward than the Covenant. Garnet to royal purple, medium- to full-bodied, with soft tannins integrating nicely to highlight blackberry and black cherry fruits, those on a tantalizing spicy background. Soft and round but with plenty to grab the attention. Drink now-2013. Score 90. K (Re-tasted 1 Dec. 2009)
