REVIEW BY ROBERT PARKER WA # 209 (Oct 2013) Rating: 89 Drink 2013-2017 Suggested Retail Price: $44 A Kosher offering, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Red C (Red Sea - get it?) is a delicious, soft, round effort displaying a deep ruby/plum color, lots of cassis, cherry and licorice notes, and 3-4 years of drinkability.

REVIEW BY ROBERT PARKER WA # 209 (Oct 2013) Rating: 93 Drink 2013-2028 Suggested Retail Price: $150 The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Solomon Lot 70 emerges from vineyards in Mt. Veeder and Oakville. The wine-s inky/purple color is accompanied by big, rich, expansive flavors, plenty of black fruit and flower notes, a luscious texture and a multilayered, impressive finish. It should drink well for 10-15 years.

REVIEW BY ROBERT PARKER WA # 209 (Oct 2013) Rating: 91 Drink 2013-2021 Suggested Retail Price: $90 A more expensive Kosher cuvee, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon (made by proprietor Jeff Morgan and the well-known Leslie Rudd of Rudd Winery) exhibits a dense ruby/purple color as well as abundant cassis, blueberry, blackberry, spring flower, cedar, earth and spice characteristics, medium to full body, and no hard edges, angularity or austerity. This complex Cabernet coats the mouth, but there is no heaviness. One of the finest Kosher wines I have tasted, it should drink well for 7-8 years.
