Covenant has a sister label: RED C. RED C Cabernet Sauvignon is made predominantly from grapes grown at the Juliana Vineyard at the eastern end of the in Napa Valley appellation. Like Covenant, RED C is made from 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. The blend includes some of the barrels from Covenant that don’t make it into our premier bottling, but that still show excellent character and finesse. RED C also includes the press wine from Covenant and Juliana, which gives it additional structure. Oak treatment also varies from that of Covenant. RED C barrels are generally the once-used barrels culled from the previous vintage of Covenant.
